Here you can find out which personal data we process, to what extent and for what purposes. We refer to personal data as “data” below. This policy applies to our website, its functions and content, and our external online presences, such as our social media profiles. Together, we refer to these as our “online offering”. Terms such as “processing” and “controller” have the meanings defined in Article 4 of the General Data Protection Regulation, or GDPR. We also explain which third-party services we use to optimise our offering and improve the user experience, where those providers process data under their own responsibility.

3. Categories of people concerned
This policy applies to you if you visit or use our online offering. Below, we refer to the people concerned as “visitors” or “users”.
4. Security measures
We protect your data with appropriate technical and organisational measures in accordance with Article 32 GDPR. We consider the state of the art, implementation costs and the nature, scope, circumstances and purposes of processing. Our measures also take into account the likelihood and severity of risks to the rights and freedoms of the people concerned.
We safeguard the confidentiality, integrity and availability of data. This includes controlling physical access, electronic access, data entry and disclosure. Further measures ensure the availability and separation of data. Our procedures enable you to exercise your data protection rights and govern data deletion and responses to threats. We consider data protection when developing and selecting hardware, software and processes, following the principles of data protection by design and by default under Article 25 GDPR.
5. Your data protection rights
Under Article 15 GDPR, you can request confirmation of whether we process data about you. You have the right to access that data, receive further information and obtain a copy. If you would like to exercise this right or have other questions about personal data, you can contact us at any time by emailing contact@andireuter.com.
Under Article 16 GDPR, you can request that incomplete data about you be completed and inaccurate data be corrected.
Subject to Article 17 GDPR, you can request that data about you be deleted without delay. Alternatively, subject to Article 18 GDPR, you can request that its processing be restricted.
Subject to Article 20 GDPR, you have the right to receive the data about you that you have provided to us. You can also request that it be transmitted to another controller.
Under Article 77 GDPR, you can lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
If we have disclosed data to recipients, we inform them of corrections, deletions and restrictions of processing under Article 16, Article 17 paragraph 1 and Article 18 GDPR. This does not apply if notification is impossible or would involve disproportionate effort. You have the right to receive information about these recipients.
6. Right to withdraw consent
You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future under Article 7 paragraph 3 GDPR.
7. Right to object
Subject to Article 21 GDPR, you can object at any time to the future processing of your data. This applies in particular to processing for direct marketing purposes.
8. Data deletion
We delete data or restrict its processing in accordance with Articles 17 and 18 GDPR. Unless this policy expressly states otherwise, we delete stored data once it is no longer needed for its intended purpose, provided that no statutory retention obligations prevent deletion. If data must be retained for other lawful purposes, we restrict its processing. This means that the data is blocked and is not processed for other purposes.
9. Social media presences
We maintain a presence on social networks and platforms to communicate with you and tell you about our services. When you visit these networks and platforms, the terms and data processing policies of their respective operators apply.
Unless this policy states otherwise, we process users’ data when they communicate with us on social networks and platforms, for example by posting on our profiles or sending us messages.
